Fitness Floor

Our fitness floor has everything you need to maintain an even balance of cardio and strength training.
While improving the functions of your immune system, you will also increase stamina, improve your mood,
and reduce the chance of bone and joint injury.

We offer you many ways to achieve the ultimate workout! Take a walk on a treadmill or jog on our indoor track. 
Our cardio equipment features personal viewing screens and iPod integration functions.  If you are looking to pump
some iron, we offer both circuit and plate loaded machines designed to fit your weight training goals.

If you are looking for a low impact aerobic workout try our many elliptical machines or a recumbent bike.
