Group Fitness
With over 85 classes a week, our dynamic
instructors will guide you through an innovative workout!
We have a
class for every age and ability level. Focus on your body inside
and out!
Classes feature cardio, dance, muscle conditioning and
sport-specific, BOSU,
Les Mills BODYPUMPtm, Resist-a-ball, Spinning,
Yoga, and Pilates.
All Group Fitness, Spinning, Yoga and
Pilates classes are open to Oxford Athletic Club members
only.
