OAC Pilates Pilates is a mind/body exercise pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Whether you are a serious athlete, amateur or recovering from an injury, our instructors can customize your Pilates program for your needs. We offer one-on-one, duet, trio and small group training sessions. Through consistent practice, Pilates emphasizes the uniform development of all muscle groups while promoting flexibility and alignment.
