Youth Activity Zone (YAZ) (8-13 years old)

We want children to be active in our club and we want them to be safe! The Teen Fit program is geared toward
A certified personal trainer leads your child through each one-on-one session which is filled with movement,
All children under age 14 must complete this program before they are able to be in the Fitness Zone.
